Hi Cara (you have the same name/spelling as my daughter), I'm so glad you're looking forward to the call.

Most of us have heard of or received the advice to model success... i.e. find someone who's successful at what you want to do and then do what they do and you'll be successful too. In fact, I can think of a few popular quotes to that effect. The problem is, it's only half true. Without the HOW, we're left to figure out how to model success on our own and more often than not that leads to copying or trying to be like the other person. Not only does our authenticity get derailed it can be extremely damaging to our confidence.

You'll likely relate to my unBlueprint philosophy. It's not that blueprints are bad - you just need to know HOW to leverage them.

Hi Gina, this call sounds fantastic! I definitely fall into the comparison trap by watching others and wondering "how does she do it?" It makes me feel scared sometimes like I have so much to do and figure out, that maybe I'll never reach their level of success. Talk about discouraging. I can't wait to hear your advice.
